Yueyao Lighting recently completed a lighting renovation project for an urban underpass. The project adopted Yueyao LED tunnel lights, symmetrically arranged along both sides of the tunnel ceiling, evenly covering the road surface while balancing driving safety and visual comfort, providing a reliable solution for improving urban underpass lighting quality.
As urban underpasses age, original lighting facilities commonly suffer from significant light decay and uneven distribution, affecting nighttime driving safety. This renovation project aimed to improve overall tunnel lighting quality and driver visual experience by replacing fixtures with high-efficiency LED tunnel lights.
The project selected Yueyao Full Series LED Tunnel Lights, symmetrically arranged along both sides of the tunnel ceiling to form continuous and stable lighting bands. The fixtures feature anti-glare light distribution, concentrating light on the road surface to effectively avoid direct light to drivers' eyes and alleviate visual adaptation issues when entering and exiting.
The fixtures use high-strength die-cast aluminum bodies with anti-corrosion spray coating, adapting to the humid and dusty underground tunnel environment. High-transmittance tempered glass covers offer strong impact resistance. Precision optical lenses achieve accurate light distribution with uniform light, no dark areas, and no glare. High color rendering index light sources faithfully reproduce road surface colors, enhancing nighttime visual recognition. Integrated heat conduction efficiently transfers heat, extending overall lifespan.
