The project adopted Yueyao LED tunnel lights, continuously arranged longitudinally along the tunnel ceiling to form two parallel linear light bands. Light evenly covers the road surface, with natural transition at the entrance section, effectively alleviating visual adaptation issues and providing a safe and comfortable lighting environment for the urban highway tunnel.

Yueyao LED tunnel lights feature longitudinal continuous arrangement for the tunnel structure, with fixtures arranged in parallel along both sides of the tunnel ceiling, forming linear light bands through the entire length. The middle reinforcement section increases illuminance through denser fixture arrangement, helping drivers quickly adapt to the tunnel lighting environment and reducing visual blind spots.
The fixtures use high-strength aluminum profile bodies with anti-corrosion spray coating, offering weather and corrosion resistance for the humid and dusty tunnel environment. High-transmittance PC diffusers ensure uniform light output without dark areas or breaks. Precision optical lenses achieve accurate light distribution, effectively controlling glare and concentrating light on the road surface to avoid driver sightline interference. High color rendering index light sources faithfully reproduce road surface colors, enhancing nighttime visual recognition.
Standardized mounting bracket designs support tunnel ceiling installation, adapting to different tunnel structures. Modular design allows flexible splicing based on tunnel length. Fully sealed structures with silicone rings achieve IP65 protection ratings for long-term stable operation in humid and dusty tunnel environments.
